Tulare Bank Robbery Suspect Nabbed

(KMJ)  A suspected bank robber is behind bars in the South Valley. Tulare Police nabbed 31 year old Nichiren Flowers Monday afternoon.  Investigators say he handed the teller at the Wells Fargo on East Tulare Avenue a note demanding that money be transferred into another account.
