Parlier Police sergeant Thomas Rodriguez was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of domestic violence. Interim police chief Drew Bessinger said officers arrived at home in Parlier around 8:33 a.m. There they learned that Rodriguez, 46, was involved in a dispute with his wife or girlfriend.
