Bail Raised to $1M on Suspected Oceano Dunes Shooter

The man suspected of shooting six people last weekend at Oceano Dunes made his first court appearance Wednesday morning. Francisco Orozco did not enter a plea on charges of attempted murder and assault.  His arraignment was pushed to next week.
