(KMJ) – Clovis Police shut down Sierra Avenue near Villa about 3:30 Monday afternoon, when a man in the road was found bleeding from his neck.
City of Clovis workers saw the man lying on the ground and called police.
American Ambulance took him to Community Regional Medical Center where is being evaluated.
The cause of his injuries are under investigation as there are unanswered questions regarding this case.
Sierra Avenue is now reopen to all traffic.
