(KMJ) – Fresno Police located and arrested a man in the Hume Lake area – accused of murder in Fresno.
Police suspect the 24 year old driver of shooting and killing his wife, whose body was found on the Southwest side of Fresno.
On Tuesday, March 8th, at 8:08 AM, North East patrol officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4700 block of E. Norwich Avenue.
Officers arrived on scene, entered the home and found a 21 year old deceased Asian female.
The officers received information that the victim died as a result of violence inflicted upon her by her husband, suspect Chinnawat Vue,
It’s not known what instrument Vue used to commit the crime.
Police say he left the home after the crime in a 2001 Toyota sequoia, and at noon on Tuesday, the United States forest service located the Toyota in an area close to Hume Lake.
The officers recognized the vehicle from the broadcast put out earlier by the Fresno Police Department.
Inside the Toyota was suspect Vue – who had a laceration to his neck which is believed to be self inflicted.
Vue was placed in custody by officers.
