FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — 15 percent of U.S. adults say they’ve used online dating sites and/or mobile dating apps, according to a new Pew Research Center Survey. That’s up from 11 percent in early 2013.
The two age groups turning to online dating at high levels: 18- to 24-year-olds, and those in their late 50s and early 60s.
Among other findings of survey: 62 percent feel cyber dating helps people find a better match, and 45 percent of users believe it’s somewhat dangerous.
