FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — An elderly Sanger man returned to his home Thursday to find a surprise.
Fresno County Sheriff’s spokesman Tony Botti tells KMJ News, “He noticed that his security door was locked; that was strange to him as he remembered leaving it unlocked. He crept around over to a window; as he started to peel back the blinds, he saw someone standing is side of his house. He happens to be a CCW permit holder, so he pulled a handgun from out of his pocket, pointed it at the suspect, and ordered that man to go slowly out the front door, and held him at gunpoint, until our deputies arrived and arrested him.”
The suspect as 54-year-old Enrique Garza, who Botti says is no stranger to law enforcement.
The homeowner is a 70-year-old man, who’s had his concealed carry permit for 50 years.
