(KMJ) Fresno Police have arrested an elderly pot grower. Investigators took 74 year old Sotsay Sihachack and her son 40 year old Thepsourin Sihachack into custody on Wednesday after serving a search warrant at their home on east Hammond.
At the residence, officers say they discovered more than 300 marijuana plants growing in backyard greenhouses and inside an indoor growing structure. Sotsay Sihachack admitted that the marijuana was hers, while her son Thepsourin admitted he was selling the marijuana for his mother.
Sotsay Sihachack was taken into custody for cultivating marijuana while Thepsourin was arrested for possessing marijuana for sales. Both were booked into the Fresno County Jail and the marijuana was removed for destruction.
