An arrest in the arson case that injured Fresno Fire Captain Pete Dern.
A Fresno woman is the sole suspect in the fire.
52 year old Julia Harper is in custody awaiting arraignment.
Fire investigator Don MacAlpine says that the arrest was made at 5pm Wednesday,April 22nd under penal code 452 A.
She was renting the house at the time of the fire on March 29th and made a confession that she started the fire.
Harper could spend up to 7 years behind bars if convicted.
