FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) – The man accused of murder over two years ago in central Fresno is back in the Valley.

Cristino Rocha, 48, was recently tracked down in Waco, Texas.

Police say Rocha killed 39-year-old Paul Fierro in May of 2023.

Investigators believe Rocha shot Fierro following an argument outside of Fierro’s home near Lansing and Glenn Avenue.

He was brought back to Fresno on Monday and arrived at the jail.

He’ll likely be arraigned on charges, including murder, in the coming days.
