FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — A teenager was hospitalized after he was shot at an apartment complex in northwest Fresno on Thursday night.
Fresno Police say the shooting happened around 6 p.m. Thursday inside an apartment near Polk and Santa Fe avenues.
Police say the teen was shot in the upper body inside one of the units, where there were several witnesses.
He was taken to the hospital for his injury, but officers say he was conscious and breathing when they arrived.
Detectives are interviewing those who were inside the apartment to determine if the shooting was intentional or an accident.
