When asked about the controversial tax proposal Wednesday by KMJ’s Ray Appleton, Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institute said “I’m torn.”

Measure E is a tax proposal before Fresno County voters that, if approved, would raise $1.4 Billion over 25 years for improvements at Fresno State. A similar proposal failed in 2022.
Hanson, a historian and best-selling author, taught humanities at Fresno State for more than 20 years.
