FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — A man was sentenced to decades in prison for sexually assaulting multiple victims in Fresno.

33-year-old Nicholas Lusk of Fresno received a sentence of 30 years to life on Wednesday following a 2017 retrial.

The Fresno Police Department began its investigation on April 2016 after a former romantic partner reported being sexually assaulted by Lusk.

Later that year, on July 2016, a woman who met Lusk at a nightclub was followed home and sexually assaulted after he entered her home through a window.

Lusk received a guilty verdict following a weeks-long trial that concluded on April 20, 2023.
