
KINGS COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ) — The Kings County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the community for help following a drive-by shooting in the community of Armona.
According to deputies, the shooting took place early Sunday morning near Grant Street and Hume Avenue.
Investigators say one person was shot and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

Their condition remains unknown.
The sheriff’s office is now asking community members to be on the lookout for the suspected vehicle behind the shooting, which is believed to be a mid-2000s Chevy Silverado.
