TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ) — Multiple agencies came together last week to crack down on a recent spike in crime throughout Tulare County.
According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, the Dinuba Police Department, Farmersville Police Department, Visalia Police Department, and many others participated in a two-day operation.
During the operation, which took place on Nov. 10 and 11, deputies say 57 arrest warrants were served and 46 suspect arrests were made. Officers also recovered 13 pounds of illegal drugs and five guns during the operation.
“The focus of the operation was to conduct probation and parole compliance checks, and arrest known gang members throughout the county,” said the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
