FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Fewer than a third of employees in the U.S. are committed to and passionate about their work. That’s among the findings of a new report by Gallup.
The figure is actually improving; but, 51% of workers still say they’re not engaged.
Unsurprisingly, management tends to be most engaged. Millennials are often the least engaged.
Gallup says that’s likely because many of them are just going to work, and don’t have a career that allows them to be creative or use their strengths.
