One Protestor Speaks Out Against Cosby’s Valley Performance

TURLOCK (KMJ) — Denver got around a hundred – but Turlock only one.

Outside Bill Cosby's performance at Turlock Community Theatre – only one demonstrator turned up. The performance Sunday night was sold out – and even included a standing ovation for the embattled comedian.

But Suzette Sims – the lone protestor – says she had to stand up for Cosby's accusers.

"I've watched the interviews on CNN – I've listened to the women – I've done research. I believe they can't all be lying.

She held up a sign that read "I believe the women".

The 77 year old comedian is facing sexual assault accusations from at least 15 women – with some claims going back decades. But fans going to the show seem to have mixed feelings about him:

"I used to like him – you know until this happened", said one.

Another suggested there may be something else driving the accusations. "Funny all these people come out all these years later and there's no witnesses – not even a Polaroid".

Cosby has denied the allegations through his attorney – and has never been charged with a crime.
