Suspect Identified in March Murder of Fresno Teen

(KMJ) – Fresno Police have identified the suspect sought for the murder of an 18-year-old gunned down back in March.

18-year-old Julian Cerda was shot multiple times on March 20th at the intersection of McKenzie and Fresno.  He was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.  but investigators later determined he was shot on the 4500 block of East Shields Avenue and was being driven by friends toward the hospital when officers located them.

Now the investigation into this homicide has named a suspect.  Here are the details from Fresno Police:

Detectives have identified 18 year old Eleuterio Alejandro Flores as the suspect responsible for Cerda’s murder. Flores has an outstanding warrant for the charge of murder and police are asking anyone with information on Flores’ whereabouts, to please contact the Fresno Police Department. Flores is a known member of the Mongolian Boys Society gang and should be considered armed and dangerous.
