A Fresno County man was arrested on Tuesday, accused of possession and distribution of child pornography.

Central California ICAC Task Force received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding the possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

43-year-old Adam Campbell was identified as the person responsible.

Campbell is a sex registrant and an active parolee for a prior conviction of possession of child pornography.

They say he sent an email with videos of graphic sexual acts with minors as young as 4-years-old.

The Central California ICAC task force members coordinated with California Department of Corrections parole agents to find Campbell’s most recent location via his GPS ankle monitor.

Campbell was located in a van near the Costco at Abby and Spruce Avenues in Fresno and taken into custody.

Investigators say they found more child pornography on Campbell’s cell phone.

Campbell was booked into the Fresno County Jail for Possession and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) as well as a Parole violation. Bail is set for $40,000.
