PASADENA (KMJ) — Four people have been injured in a freak gust of wind – in what witnesses say looked like a tornado.
It blew through the narrow canyon surrounding the Rose Bowl in Pasadena – sucking up canopies from their moorings and forcing visitors to run for cover.
It's thought the storm that hit the state recently brings with it conditions like these – the National Weather Service called the event "a cold dust devil".
