FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The final suspect wanted in connection with the armed takeover attempt at the Chuckchansi Gold Resort and Casino in October, has turned himself in.
35-year-old David Dixon has surrendered in Madera County.
He faces kidnapping and assault charges.
The casino remains closed; but refunds were issued this past week, to those who were in the middle of a game during incident.
