(KMJ) – The Central California SPCA is now nursing a male Shepherd mix back to health after the dog was found tangled up in a mix of barbed wire and a volleyball net.
Animal Control Officers found the dog around 11 o’clock Tuesday morning near Nielsen and Marks.
The wire did not puncture the dog’s skin but wrapped around the animal, as was the netting.
