FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Madera county sheriff’s deputies are investigating a fatal plane crash.
A single-engine plane was confirmed to have crashed in an empty field Thursday afternoon, in the area of Avenue 17 and Road 23.
Two occupants were declared dead.
Their names are being withheld, pending notification of next of kin.
