FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Visalia Police Department says it has arrested a man who is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.
Police say Michael Snitzer, 40, was arrested at Cali Ink, in the 100 block of South Locust on Thursday.
During the investigation, police found that Snitzer was also in the possession of Child Pornography and had exchanged inappropriate material with a juvenile. The investigation also identified two additional adult victims that were sexually assaulted by Snitzer.
He has since been booked into the Tulare County Pretrial Facility for several charges.
