Fresno Police Search For Drive-by Shooting Suspect

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Fresno police are looking for a Hispanic man they believe is behind a possible gang-related drive-by shooting.

The shooting took place Tuesday morning in Central Fresno, just before 8:00a.m., at Effie between Griffith and Sussex,

Lt. Mark Hudson says the victim ended up in the hospital.

“He made his way to the 3900 block of North Clark, where he had some friends take him to CRMC with non-life threatening wounds.” -Lt. Mark Hudson.

Lt. Hudson says 4 people were in the car yelling something related to a gang, possibly the Bulldogs, now police are looking for that vehicle and the people inside.

“A white Toyota 4-door, 90’s model similar to a Celica with tinted windows, unknown plates, four occupants, two males, two females, shooter was seated in the rear.” -Fresno Police Lt. Mark Hudson.
