(KMJ) A 10-year-old boy has been identified as the person responsible for shining a laser at a Fresno County Sheriff’s plane “E.A.G.L.E. 3”.
The alleged crime happened Tuesday night when the crew was distracted by a green laser beam aimed at the cockpit. The plane’s onboard camera system was able to locate the suspect in the backyard of a home on 7th Street in Parlier.
The unidentified child has not been arrested, although charges have been submitted to the District Attorney. His laser has been confiscated by police.
