On Thursday, the World Ag Expo at the International Agri-Center in Tulare is hosting the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s Farm Bill listening session.
Comments from farmers, ranchers and others will be given to the state’s congressional delegation to help shape the next Farm Bill in Congress.
The listening session begins at noon.
The World Ag Expo is also celebrating its 50th anniversary with various events that continue into its final day on Thursday.
More than 1,500 exhibitors are on the grounds under tents and in the open for 100,000 visitors.
According to the World Ag Expo website, attendees can get the latest news, information and updates about the show by downloading the new 2017 mobile app.
The free app provides mobile access to the schedule of events, an exhibitor directory, map of the show grounds and other visitor resources.
