FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Fresno has come in 131st on WalletHub’s latest list of America’s 150 largest metro areas, looking at the collective health and wellness.
Analysts took into account 34 indicators, including healthcare accessibility, fitness options, recreational facilities, green spaces, and the cost of fruits and vegetables.
The only two valley regions in the top 50 are Sacramento and Modesto.
San Francisco, according to WalletHub, is the nation’s healthiest city, with Detroit being the least-healthy.
