FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — If President Donald Trump succeeds in building a wall along the boarder with Mexico, and initiates a trade war, the Golden State wouldn’t be hit as badly as some others.
According to a new WalletHub analysis, California would take the 11th hardest hit.
The report takes into account imports, exports, and the number of jobs that depend on said commerce.
WalletHub says Texas, Arizona, and Michigan would experience the greatest impact if a trade war broke out between the U.S. and Mexico, while Alaska, the District of Columbia, and Maine would be the least-affected.
