FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — More than 52 percent of American workers report being stressed on a daily basis.
That’s according to a new Accounttemps report, which says that 60 percent of employees feel work-related pressures, have have increased over the past 5 years.
They cite major workloads, tough deadlines, and unrealistic expectations.
Analysts attribute it to the fact that businesses are moving faster today than they ever have, but advise prioritizing relaxation, and other activities to combat tension.
