Fresno Co. DA Declines to Charge Officers in Dylan Noble Shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) —  The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office determined that the shooting death of Dylan Noble did not involve any criminal conduct by Fresno Police officers involved.

Officers Raymond Camacho and Robert Chavez both shot at the 19 year old back on June 25, when he was pulled over on a traffic stop and did not comply with their commands.

The review team consisted of a senior deputy DA, and two investigators.

They conducted independent interviews of witnesses, attended the autopsy, reviewed body-worn camera recordings, and reports, photographs, and other evidence provided by the Fresno Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Office of the Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner, and the State Department of Justice to make their decision.
