(KMJ) – Thousands of runners, walkers and supporters gathered at Chukchansi Park on Saturday to Race for the Cure.
2,500 participants took part in the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure through the streets of Downtown Fresno. The Central Valley Affiliate will award 75% of Race net proceeds to community programs and Affiliate initiatives that promote breast health education, screening and treatment locally. Twenty-five percent of the remaining proceeds will support breast cancer research.
