(KMJ) – Fresno County Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested a Friant man wanted for arson and elder abuse.
Detectives say 58-year old Tom Rouse (pictured above) set his home on the 17000 block of Parkcliffe Lane in Friant on fire on Sunday, August 14th. On Monday, Rouse attempted set fire to his mother’s home, which is located nearby on the 17000 block of Bluewater Bay Lane.
The motive for the arson and arson attempt is unclear.
