Two Arrested After Carjacking, Crash

Fresno Police take one man and one woman into custody after a  carjacking and crash near downtown Fresno.  Officers say 22-year old Felipe Garcia took a car at knife-point from a man around 11 a-m on south Chance Avenue.  Garcia drove off with a 36-year old woman still inside the vehicle, identified at 36-year-old Kastina Miller.

Not long thereafter, police say Garcia crashed into another car at Fresno and Grant.  He ran, but was eventually was arrested.  Miller, the woman in the stolen car, was arrested for allegedly helping Garcia to commit a robbery.
