Report: Modesto is New Car Theft Capital, Fresno 13th Worst

(KMJ)   Fresno is no longer the car theft capitol of America. That dubious title now belongs to our neighbors to the north – Modesto.

The National Insurance Crime Bureau is out with its annual car theft report and it says Modesto had the most stolen cars, per-capita, in 2015.

Fresno is ranked 13th, Bakersfield was 3rd, followed by Salinas and San Francisco. You can view the full report clicking here.
