FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — University of California President Janet Napolitano is outlining her plan to spend more than $24 million dollars over 3 years, to assist undocumented students.

$5 million with go to the DREAM program annually, making funding available to those who don’t qualify for federal aid.

The other $3 million each year, will be used for things like textbooks and legal services.
