CLOVIS, CA (KMJ) Attorney Steve Smith appeared on KMJ’s Ray Appleton Show on Wednesday featuring guest host Blake Taylor. Smith is representing 9 Clovis Unified students who’ve been suspended school and barred from walking at graduation after they admitted to drinking before prom. Several other students – who Smith claims were also drinking but denied it to school administrators – are not facing any punishment. Smith calls the punishment “selective” and “unfair.” He also claims to have evidence proving the allegation. The situation has sparked quite the debate!
