Oakhurst Man Charged with Stalking Fresno Woman, Sending Explicit Images of A Minor

(KMJ) – An Oakhurst man is indicted Thursday, charged with stalking a Fresno woman and sending her sexually explicit images of a minor.

A Federal grand jury returned a three-count indictment against 21-year-old Preston Nelson-Kestner.

According to court documents, between October 2023, and Feb. 2024, he used social media including Onlyfans, Instagram, and Tiktok to send the victim threatening messages and videos and images of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

The U.S. Attorney says if convicted, Nelson-Kestner faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for stalking, five years up to 20 years in prison for distribution and a maximum sentence of 10-years for possession of images of child sexual exploitation.
