Man Wanted For Forcefully Groping Women In Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (KMJ) — A man is now wanted for forcefully groping women in Visalia.

According to the Visalia Police Department, officers were told about a man who walked up to women, some from behind, and forcefully groped them.

One woman reported the suspect asked to pet her dog and then groped her before running off.

Another incident happened near Stevenson Street and Grove Avenue while the third incident took place near the Visalia Library after he ran up from behind her and groped her before running away.

The Visalia Police Department says this has been happening since mid-July and they are looking for a Hispanic man possibly in his early 20s. He has brown hair and could be either 5’3 or 5’6’. He’s also known to be wearing all black during these encounters.
