MERCED, Calif. (KMJ)— A man is wanted after police say he sexually assaulted a minor in Merced.
Police received a report about 35-year-old Rene Martinez on Oct. 1.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Martinez. Anyone who knows where he is hiding is asked to call the police department at (209) 388-7773.
He is facing charges of assault with the intent to commit a felony, oral copulation with a minor and lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.
