Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer was on hand Wednesday at the ground breaking of Jenson Landing at 4645 E. Jensen Ave.

According to a news release from Councilmember Luis Chavez, the 12 acre site “brings the desirable effects of regenerating and rejuvenating the southeast Fresno community with vibrant designs and unique amenities.”
The developer, BDM Builders, LLC in San Jose, has already built offices near Fresno Yosemite International Airport.

There will be a fast-food restaurant, coffee shop, daycare center, walk-in bank, restaurant, gas station, medical office building, plus 151 units of multifamily housing in a 4 story apartment building.
