(KMJ) — A gang member is now behind bars after a traffic stop search by Fresno PD finds drugs and a gun in Southwest Fresno.
Fresno Police say an officer pulled a driver over on Friday near Fresno Street and Highway 99 for an equipment violation.
Following an investigation, the driver had a loaded gun under their seat, four jars of marijuana wax, and about 263 grams of Psilocybin (psychedelic) mushrooms.
Police say the yet-to-be identified driver is a gang member with prior felony convictions and is not allowed to own a firearm.
He was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail where they face several charges.
