(KMJ) — An elderly man was arrested Wednesday night after he struck his roommate in the head.
Merced Police says they got a call just after 8 p.m. about a disturbance at a home on West San Clemente Drive.
When officers arrived, they learned 65-year-old Richard Gluhm assaulted his roommate with a walking cane during an argument. The victim was not seriously hurt.
Gluhm was arrested for aggravated assault and booked into the Merced County Jail.
