(KMJ) — Fresno County Sheriffs arrested a person late Sunday night after the driver led them on a chase in a stolen car.
Deputies spotted the stolen car in the area of Maroa and Swift Avenues around 11 Sunday night. When they tried to pull the car over, deputies said the driver refused to stop.
The driver was identified as 33-year-old Amado Real of Fresno.
The chase ended near Ashlan and Millbook Avenues when the driver crashed into a parked vehicle.
Deputies say a passenger in the stolen car was taken to a hospital for non life-threatening injuries. The driver was arrested on stolen vehicle charges.
