
FRESNO CA (KMJ) — A man has been arrested in connection to a deadly hit-and-run crash on July 10th in Fresno.
Police were called about a man that was hit around 11:50 p.m. on W. Shields Ave. near N. West Ave.
The driver did not stay at the scene and a second vehicle hit the man.
The driver of the second vehicle stayed with the victim who was pronounced dead.
Over the weekend, police got a Crime Stoppers tip about where the truck involved may be parked.
Undercover officers were watching the truck Thursday and saw a man get in.
Police arrested 23-year-old Kong Vang and booked him into the Fresno County Jail.
