Tulare Sheriff’s Deputies Find Missing Cutler-Orosi Man

“We are happy to report that just before 10 this (Tuesday) morning, Santiago Escobedo was found by members of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office HEART (Homeless Enforcement Assistance Response Team) Team in Visalia and he is in good health.

TULARE, CA (KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find 28-year-old Santiago Escobedo of Cutler-Orosi.

Escobedo last had contact with his family in early March 2021 and was last seen on April 22nd, 2021. He is a transient and known to frequent the Cutler-Orosi and Visalia areas.

Escobedo is approximately 5’10”, 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
