MADERA COUNTY, CA. (KMJ) — Madera Police Chief Dino Lawson held a news conference Thursday to update the public on the search for a missing 2-year-old boy.
Thaddeus Sran was reported missing by his parents on July 15th.
A week later Chief Dino reported Thaddeus’ parents were no longer cooperating with investigators.
On Thursday he announced the body of a child was found around 9:30 a.m. in a field at Rd. 21 & Ave. 14 in Madera County, west of the city.
A coroner will need to confirm if the body is that of little Thaddeus.
At the same time the news conference was being held, a letter was sent by the attorney of the parents.
