Madera County has extended the 311 Customer Service Center to 7 days a week to address concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 311 center provides Madera County residents one phone number to dial for assistance. Dial 311 to reach a live person and get COVID-19 related questions answered.
Additionally, there is a phone application “MadCo Services” that allows residents to access information about COVID19 as well as an expansion of other services such as animal complaints, code enforcements and other violations, environmental health complaints, road hazards and repair, trash and weeds.
