Two “People of Interest” Sought in South Valley Homicide

(KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is now asking for your help to track down a pair of “people of interest” sought in connection to a deadly shooting earlier this month.

On February 4th, Deputies were called to the 22000 Block of Ave 256 in Lindsay for a shooting. When they arrived, the found a man who shot to death inside the home.

Now Investigators are searching for 19-year-old Roman “La Nina” Salcedo and 29-year-old Javier “Balls” Ibarra, both of Visalia. But, the sheriff’s office will not comment on the evidence or potential links these two may have to this case.
