Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Releases Identities in Home Invasion & Body Found in Ponding Basin

 

 

TULARE COUNTY, CA (KMJ) – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office releases identities in two cases; home invasion and a body found in a ponding basin.

The Sheriff’s Office has identified 52-year-old Ignacio Jacobo of Visalia, as the person who was shot and killed during a home invasion in Lindsay on February 4, 2020.

Jacobo was one of the suspects in the case.

On Thursday, February 6, 2020, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office conducted an autopsy and determined the cause of death to be a single gunshot wound to the upper torso.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body found near a ponding basin on Thursday, February 6, 2020, as 56-year-old Pedro Santiago of Delano.

On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, an autopsy was performed, but an official cause of death is pending additional testing.
